Staff Introduction: Meet Associate Director Ree Reinhardt
Associate Director Ree Reinhardt joined the ULM BCM staff in 2017.
Ree Reinhardt joined the ULM BCM team in 2017 and serves as the Associate Director. Accustomed to serving in church student ministry, Reinhardt has loved diving into the world of college students and working in the university setting.
A Georgia girl at heart, Reinhardt is a huge University of GA athletics supporter. When asked about how she likes Monroe, she says the area reminds her of where’s she’s from in Georgia. Reinhardt is still working on her list of favorite places to go and things to do in Monroe-West Monroe, but as an avid fan of movies, she is looking forward to summer when she can take advantage of the $5 movie day on Tuesdays at Tinseltown.
Reinhardt is passionate about studying the Bible and mentoring others in scriptural truths and ministry. She teaches courses on student ministry and girl’s ministry in her role as adjunct professor at New Orleans Baptist Theological seminary where she is also a doctoral candidate completing her dissertation. When asked what she does when not at the BCM she mentions working on that dissertation—which explains why she’s still working on her list of local places to go and things to do!
Another of Reinhardt's passions is leading students into the mission field to serve in a global setting. This summer, she will accompany a group of students from the ULM BCM and other BCMs across the state of Louisiana to Brazil where they will serve the local community. Reinhardt is passionate about seeing students share the gospel and Christ’s love with people on a global platform.
Although her passionate commitment to Biblical education is evident to anyone who spends time with her, students say that the thing they value most about Reinhard and her addition to the BCM is her gregarious spirit and the guidance she has brought to each of them. She is fun and easy to talk to and enjoys getting the opportunity to know students individually. Reinhardt is doing great things at ULM and the BCM is honored to have her on the team.
